Tyche Casttech is a specialized manufacturing hub for Automotive Steering-Rack Housings, CEPS Gear-Box Housings, and for Aluminium Pressure Die Casting fully machined parts.
We supply close to one million fully machined rack housing parts, every year.

Our plant is situated at Tada in Nellore which is around 80 km from Chennai. The plant is spread over 17,800 square meters, housing our design, engineering and technology department, a world-class laboratory, a hi-tech foundry, secondary operations and a fully equipped machine shop. This helps us seamlessly deliver plug-and-play products, ready to be incorporated directly into your assembly line.
TYCHE Manufacturing facilities are certified to IATF 16949-2016, ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015 quality management systems. The Stringent quality systems had won SQ Mark Certification from Hundai Motor, India and W-CMS Certification from Ford, India.
We are part of the thirty three year old Eqic Group, a forerunner in developing state of the art Tool Rooms for manufacturing Mould Bases, die casting dies, aerospace tooling, and producing aluminium pressure die casting components, for hundred’s of customers across India and around the world. Eqic is now an acknowledged high-quality, innovative manufacturing facility.
Eqic is professionally managed by a dedicated group of professionals & engineers, offering a combined experience of more than one thousand man-years. Today TYCHE has capabilities for development of new products, with the support of world class tool room and inhouse machining facilities. It can develop diecasting dies and supply fully machined parts at shortest delivery time.
